I hearby give up all my rights to sue or make any claim for damages due to negligence or any other reason what so ever against International Good Samaritans, Safe Ride Inc., the Tahoe Biltmore Casino, the Horizon Casino, the Mont Bleu Casino, the promoters, sponsors and all other persons, participants or organizations conducting or connected with this event for injury to property or person I may suffer, including crippling injury or death, while participating in the event and while upon event premises. I know the risks of danger to myself and my property while preparing for and participating in the event and while upon the event premises and, relying upon my own judgement and ability, assume all such risks of loss and hereby agree to reimburse all costs to those persons or organizations connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of my negligence.

This reservation form is an exclusive right to use by participant and is non-transferable. Furthermore, I hereby agree to conform to and comply with the rules governing the Biltmore Bike Bash for Cash, Rolling Chrome/Tahoe Thunder, Hot Tahoe Cruisin', Cool September Days, Annual Party at Carson City Harley-Davidson, North Lake Tahoe Classic Car & Truck Show and these tours. I further agree to hold harmless the International Good Samaritans, the Tahoe Biltmore Casino, the Horizon Casino, the Mont Bleu Casino, its sponsors and advertisers, for any loss or injury to myself or property in which I may become involved by reason of participating in the Bike Bash for Cash, Rolling Chrome/Tahoe Thunder Motorcycle tours, Hot Tahoe Cruisin', Cool September Days, and North Lake Tahoe Classic Car & Truck Show. I also agree to assume responsibility for any property damage which I knowingly initiate. I am voluntarily participating in this event. I will adhere to casino policy on parking. Entrants signature below and or process of this form is authorization to comply with all rules of the Bike Bash for Cash, Rolling Chrome/Tahoe Thunder, Hot Tahoe Cruisin', Cool September Days, Annual Party at Carson City Harley-Davidson and North Lake Tahoe Classic Car & Truck Shows. As an official entrant of these events you agree to release the rights of your personal likeness to the International Good Samaritans for any promotional usage.
